Villiers-sur-Marne is a Val-de-Marne commune of around thirty thousand inhabitants, on the plateau overlooking the Marne valley, about fifteen kilometres east of Paris. Neighbouring Champigny-sur-Marne, Bry-sur-Marne and Le Plessis-Trévise, it is today a hub undergoing deep transformation with the upcoming arrival of the Grand Paris Express.
