Condé-sur-l'Escaut is a town in the Nord department, about fifteen kilometres north-east of Valenciennes, on the Belgian border. With around 9,000 inhabitants, it lies within the Scarpe-Escaut Regional Nature Park and has several Muslim prayer venues listed on its territory.
